About Us

In 1999, The Hoover City School System made a commitment to reach out to its students who were facing challenges which could compromise their success, not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. With the mission to help students develop exemplary character, and achieve personal excellence, The Bridges Program was developed. For eleven years now, this program has allowed Hoover City Schools to partner with its students and parents to help every student excel.
